Dian Holt

Controller

Dian Holt has been the Controller for FCA since 2007. Previously, Dian was the Comptroller of Bilinguals Inc. in Manhattan, and the Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Pertel Communications of N.E. Inc.

Dian plays an integral role in FCA’s fiscal department, preparing and overseeing the closing of monthly accounting records, monthly program and agency financial reports, and monthly contract revenue accruals. She also develops and enforces internal control procedures, including acting as an internal auditor as needed.

Dian serves as FCA’s system administrator for accounting applications, payroll software, and online banking systems. Together with our CFO, she serves as a team leader for all external audits (including federal, state, and county audits) and helps to organize, develop, and implement the fiscal department’s policies and procedures. Dian has served the Long Island community as FCA’s Controller for 15 years.
