Lucinda Das-Mohan is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Family and Children’s Association. Lucinda is responsible for shaping the organizational culture and ensuring the overall well-being and effectiveness of the workforce. Lucinda is dedicated to fostering a workplace culture of inclusivity and growth. Lucinda’s passion for learning, diversity, and professional growth extends beyond FCA. She is a strong advocate for cultural diversity and inclusiveness, both within the workplace and in the broader community beyond FCA.
