Lucinda Das-Mohan is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Family and Children’s Association. Lucinda is responsible for shaping the organizational culture and ensuring the overall well-being and effectiveness of the workforce. Lucinda is dedicated to fostering a workplace culture of inclusivity and growth. Lucinda’s passion for learning, diversity, and professional growth extends far beyond FCA. She advocates and promotes cultural diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace, and outside of FCA. 

Lucinda is deeply committed to creating environments where employees can thrive both personally and professionally. Lucinda’s approach to HR is guided by a strong belief in transparent communication, fairness, and a genuine interest in the well-being of every team member. Lucinda also earned her MBA, with a focus in Human Resources Management, from Long Island University. Lucinda is excited to contribute to the success of FCA and help drive a culture of excellence.
