Harm Reduction Services
HIV, Hepatitis C (HCV) & STI Testing and Navigation
Primary prevention is critical to promote healthy outcomes in sexually active persons and anyone that consumes alcohol and/or drugs. Our team focuses on reducing risk for overdose and infections related to substance use, as well as break down barriers to care for individuals who are seeking these services. We also provide educational opportunities for participants and providers to help break the stigma around drug use and sexual health to ensure our community can make use of FREE services that are already available.
Our Program
The goal is to address the intersections between substance use and sexual health to promote healthier person-centered practices that reduce risk of transmission of infectious diseases and overdose by educating and empowering the Long Island community with knowledge and access to resources.
