Harm Reduction Services

Taking charge of your health starts here.

We provide free, confidential testing, education, and support to help reduce the risks of overdose and infection. Our team meets you where you are—offering tools, care, and guidance without judgment.

Our Program

Meeting people where they are with care, respect, and the tools to stay safer.

Our goal is simple: to help people in our Long Island community stay healthy and informed by recognizing the connection between substance use and sexual health. We’re here to reduce the risks of overdose and health-related complications through education, support, and access to practical resources—always with compassion and without judgment.

  • Workshops in community spaces focused on health, harm reduction, and long-term recovery.
  • Referrals to syringe access programs when needed.
