We’re calling on YOU to help support FCA by creating or joining a team for the
2026 Mini Mighty Man Triathlon!
This exhilarating event features:
- 400‑meter swim
- 6‑mile bike ride
- 2‑mile run
Participate your way:
- Take on all three legs yourself,
- Split the segments with a teammate, or
- Form a trio where each member tackles one leg.
Not into swimming, cycling, or running? No problem!
You can still join a team as a dedicated fundraiser and make a meaningful impact.

Race Details
April 27, 2025 starting at 7am
Nassau Aquatic Center (in Eisenhower Park), East Meadow, NY
Triathlon
SWIM: 400 Meters (Pool)
BIKE: 6-Miles
RUN: 2-Miles
This is a perfect beginner race that includes a pool swim in 50 meter length lanes with one-direction each lane. It is early in the season and a great way to get involved in the sport as well as a good warm up race to kick the season off right.
Youth Triathlon (Ages 9-13)
SWIM: 100 Meters (Pool)
BIKE: 2-Miles
RUN: 1/4- Mile
Swim: Athletes will start individually 5-seconds apart and swim two lengths of 50 meters each. Athletes will “snake” their way through two lanes. Each lane will be going in only one direction.
Bike: One 2-mile loop. The bike course is on park roads that will be closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of the event.
Run: One ¼-mile loop in the park.
Note: Swim takes place in an indoor heated pool, widely recognized as one of the finest swimming facilities in the U.S.
Two ways to race:
- Race as an individual- complete all three legs of the triathlon individually to gain bragging rights (and save on registration)
- Race as a relay team- put together a team of 2-3 participants to complete the triathlon as a relay
