GARDEN CITY, N.Y. April 2026 – Family & Children’s Association (FCA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nayeem Sayed to its Board of Trustees.
“We are thrilled to welcome Nayeem to our Board,” said Dr. Jeffrey L. Reynolds, President and CEO of Family & Children’s Association. “His strategic insight and passion for missiondriven work will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand our impact on Long Island.”
Sayed currently serves as a Strategic Profitability Consulting Partner at ERA Group, where he advises business leaders on driving growth and building sustainable profitability models. He previously held the role of Vice President of Marketing, Brand & Communications at North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA), where he led efforts to humanize the organization’s brand while supporting clinical recruitment and business development initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has worked with Fortune 100 companies and private equity portfolio organizations, helping them navigate complex business challenges.

With a foundation in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Sayed brings more than two decades of experience in brand strategy, business growth, and high-stakes communications to FCA’s board.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is deeply committed to community impact and has worked pro bono with several nonprofit organizations to elevate their brand awareness. Sayed lives in Roslyn, New York, with his wife, Aruna, their daughter, Nadia, and their black lab, Bagheera.
